Terms
Short, on purpose.
Access
Kult is invite-only. An invitation is for your agency and can be withdrawn. You are responsible for the people you add to your workspace and for the role you give them.
Your creators’ accounts
You confirm that each creator you connect has agreed to your agency acting for them, and that your use of Kult complies with the terms of Passes and Fanfix. Kult never stores creator passwords and never sends messages on a creator’s behalf; you agree not to try to make it.
Your data
Your workspace data is yours. We keep it to run the service and delete it when you ask.
No affiliation
Kult is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Passes and Fanfix.
Warranty
The service is provided as is during early access. We will tell you about changes that affect you by email.
