What we keep, and what we don't.

This website

The request-access form stores what you type into it (name, email, agency, creator count, platforms, message) and a scrambled, one-way copy of your IP address, used only to spot abuse. We use it to reply to you. There is no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking cookies on this site.

The app

A workspace holds your team’s accounts, the creators you manage, fan profiles (handles, spend, tags and your notes), message details (who sent it, when, the price, never the text), sales, shifts, scripts and an activity log. Creator passwords for Passes and Fanfix are never collected. When a creator links their account, the signed-in session (the platform’s login cookies, never the password) is stored encrypted and is released only to the apps of the teammates assigned to that creator; an owner or manager can delete it for everyone at any time, and every time it is used is written to the activity log. Data is stored with a managed cloud provider in the United States, and each workspace is closed to everyone outside it, with access set by role.

Deletion

Ask through the request-access form and we will delete your request, or your workspace, and confirm by email.
